TO ALL OF OUR MOST REVEREND CLERGY, PARISHIONERS, AND FRIENDS
By the Mercy of God and with the blessings of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, the long-awaited Great Consecration of Sts. Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church in Santa Rosa, CA is scheduled to take place on Monday, November 11, 2024.
His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas, First-Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad will be presiding, with His Eminence, Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America concelebrating, together with other bishops and clergy.
In order to properly plan the services of the Consecration and, to arrange for lodging and transportation, I respectfully ask any of our Blessed Hierarchs, Reverend Fathers and Clergy to contact me by email at: fr.a.krassovsky@gmail.com to let me know if they will be coming to Santa Rosa and need any assistance.
Additionally, there will be a celebratory banquet at the nearby Doubletree Hotel (approximately a 10-minute drive from the church) to which all our clergy and friends are invited – at no cost (anyone, who wishes to make a donation to help defray the costs of the Consecration celebrations, may do so when signing up for the banquet. Any such donation will be most sincerely appreciated!). Although there is no cost required to join the banquet, registration for it is mandatory, as seating is limited, and the hotel must need to know ahead of time how many guests to expect. Please address any banquet registrations to:
stspeterandpaulluncheon@gmail.com or, contact Tania Bolshakoff at (650) 291-7289. Registration for the banquet closes when capacity has been reached or, on November 1, 2024 – whichever comes first.
Glory be to God for His Mercy and Blessings, and we hope you will join us in the celebration of this great joy!
In Christ,
Archpriest Alexander Krassovsky, Rector
