Holiday Announcements

Preparations are under way for our Parish Feast Day on July 11 and 12. We expect His Grace, Bishop Theodosy will serve at Vigil and His Eminence, Archbishop Kyrill on the 12th. We look forward to seeing you at this celebration.

The celebration of the holy memory of St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco the Wonderworker at Holy Virgin Cathedral falls on Saturday, July 2, the date of his repose. On Thursday, June 30: Transfer of St John’s reliquary to the center of the Cathedral and Akathist at 7:00 p.m. The main church services will be Friday, July 1: All-Night Vigil at 6:00 p.m. On Saturday, July 2, the hierarchical Liturgy will begin with the greeting of the Bishop at 9:00 a.m., followed by Liturgy and a procession and molieben. 6210 Geary Blvd., San Francisco 94141. If you are unable to attend in person, online services are available at http:// sfsobor.tilda.ws/livestreaming.

Confession Schedule

Father Alexander will be conducting General Confessions at 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays, before the Vigil service.
